We understand the situation regarding Coronavirus affects each member uniquely. Many of our own local communities and school districts, like yours, across California are facing the evolving COVID-19 situation with varying degrees of impact, including restrictions, closures, and other safeguards to protect their educators, staff, learners, and their families.
On Wednesday, the California Department of Public Health issued this advisory urging event organizers to postpone or cancel events through March. And just yesterday, hundreds of school districts across California, including the two largest, announced multi-week school closures--with even more expected.
After considerable evaluation of COVID-19's impacts, conferring daily with state and local health and public education officials, and heeding their advisories and data, the leadership teams of CCAE have activated their response plans in the interest of promoting health and supporting our members along the way.

In the interest of promoting public health, CCAE is assessing all scheduled and postponed events very carefully with considerable emphasis on local health developments and circumstances. All dates below represent originally scheduled dates and not the new rescheduled dates. Please don't forget to cancel any travel or hotel accommodations booked.
POSTPONED These events are confirmed to be rescheduled. As the rescheduling of these dates are confirmed, they'll be update in event-specific page details linked below. If you are registered to attend (or placed an order for someone else), you'll soon also receive these details by email.
Automated Registration Refunds: For postponed events involving paid admissions, we are processing refunds in full for all admissions. For online payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days; for payments by check or PO, CCAE will issue refunds within 30 days. For your convenience, no action is requested on your part to initiate a refund.
