The annual Contra Costa Chapter Excellence Awards ceremony will be held at from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at the Pacheco Community Center, 5800 Pacheco Blvd., Pacheco, California.
The Contra Costa Chapter of California Council of Adult Education (CCAE) presents four awards at the Annual Chapter Awards event: Excellence in Teaching, Excellence in Support Services, Friend of Adult Education, and Chapter Retiree.

Early registration rates apply when registration is completed online and fees received, postmarked or paid by February 8, 2019. Registration fee includes appetizers, awards ceremony and door prizes. Each school has the opportunity to honor one certificated and one classified staff member for their outstanding contributions to adult education and to submit those individuals for recognition at the chapter level.
The seven adult schools each separately honor all those individuals submitted from their chapter. The chapter then forwards a selection of those individuals to the section where they are again honored.
From that group, one classified and two certificated members are sent to the state level for further recognition representing Bay Section.
